Helping
communities
flourish

We run community intervention initiatives, helping you bring together local services and volunteers to prevent harm, strengthen relationships and build resilient neighbourhoods through our bespoke models of early intervention and collaboration.

Our model of working

Empowering sustainable relationships

We're interested in working with communities who have been impacted by anti-social behaviour, crime and lack of cohesion.

Our process will typically involve:

  1. Listening to residents and those in the community - what are some of the key issues faced locally?
  2. Identifying the people and organisations who are already working in the area, and making sure effective communication is in place
  3. Promoting the campaign in the community, and recruiting enthusiastic residents and local leaders to help us
  4. Meeting with the network to deploy powerful strategies, using our interventions 'menu'
  5. Creating long-term sustainability and resilience as we transition towards community leadership
